Safeguarding
How the Foundation protects children and vulnerable adults, and how to raise a concern.
Last reviewed 2 September 2026
Our commitment
Everyone who works or volunteers with the Foundation is screened before any contact with beneficiaries, signs a code of conduct, and works under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Persons Policy. Mentorship sessions are logged. No one-to-one contact is arranged outside the platform.
Raising a concern
If you are worried about a child or vulnerable adult connected with any Foundation activity, use the confidential concern form. It goes directly to the two named Safeguarding Officers and to no one else.
If someone is in immediate danger
Contact the emergency services first.
